Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Q: What are the front desk hours?
The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Cancellation Fee for Individual Reservations
Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival.
3 to 2 days before arrival: 30% of the room rate
1 day before arrival: 50% of the room rate
On the day of arrival or No-show: 100% of the room rate

The ski slopes are a 5-minute walk from our hotel. During the winter season, a free shuttle bus is also available from Shiga Palace Hotel.
